Animal Clinic of Grand Prairie – Grand Prairie, TX
Animal Clinic of Grand Prairie is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager to lead daily operations in our busy small animal practice. This role is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about team development, client service, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage dayâ??toâ??day hospital operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Lead, coach, and support a highâ??performing veterinary team
- Ensure exceptional client experience and patient care
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and expense control
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Partner with veterinarians to support medical and operational goals
Qualifications:
- Veterinary or healthcare management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problemâ??solving skills
- Financial and operational management experience
- Organized, adaptable, and teamâ??focused
